Product Owner, Professional Coding

About the role

Owns an encoder product end to end, setting its vision and deciding which features to build. Maintains the backlog and works with strategy, development and clients to maximize value.

What you will do

• Set the product vision together with strategy, development, QA and the general manager
• Turn strategy into user stories and see them through implementation
• Keep the backlog prioritized, refined and clearly expressed
• Gather feedback from users, customers and stakeholders on product increments
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and clear obstacles for the squad
• Present roadmaps and product plans to clients and prospects, including at conferences

What they look for

• At least ten years of experience with facility and professional fee coding practices
• Ability to assess product business cases and drive client adoption
• Experience presenting and communicating directly with clients
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication
• Strong organizational skills
