What you will do
- Lead the program management office across multiple projects and programs
- Serve as main contact for contracting officers, government staff, subcontractors and partners
- Manage the integrated schedule, milestones, resources, budgets, forecasts, risks and metrics
- Run program reviews and report transparently on finances, progress, risks and contract status
- Coordinate technical, operational, administrative and vendor teams, including urgent issue response
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, onboarding, training and reporting requirements

- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, IT, engineering or similar, or equivalent experience, with at least fifteen years managing progr
- Ten or more years scoping, running and evaluating enterprise IT programs or similar PMO work
- Experience with multi-task contracts, subcontracts, varied contract types and multi-vendor federal delivery
- PMP certification and skill in requirements analysis, resource allocation, costing, deliverable tracking, risk and schedule management and f
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability for cost, schedule, staffing and technical challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership of dispersed teams
Nice to have
- Experience with Census Bureau IT systems, decennial operations or data modernization
- Experience leading programs in Agile, DevSecOps and cloud-native settings
- Experience with large federal IT programs in data platforms, analytics, cybersecurity and system modernization
