About the role

Act as a strategic partner to universities in the Mid-Atlantic, modernising research-intensive campus infrastructure with data storage, management and security solutions while steering complex procurement.

What you will do

• Drive the whole sales cycle in the public sector, landing new accounts and expanding current ones to meet or beat revenue goals
• Promote all-flash storage and data platform solutions as the top choice for public sector requirements, translating technical benefits into
• Build deep relationships from the data centre to the boardroom and sustain high customer satisfaction

What they look for

• Proven success with higher education procurement, including RFIs, RFPs and contract negotiations
• Understanding of collaborating with federal systems integrators
• Challenger mindset, using customer insight and a hunter's instinct to win new accounts and manage complex deals
• Excellent communication and a record of building internal and external partnerships across technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory for maximum revenue with CRM tools and deliver referenceable results
