Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

Manage a portfolio of medium corporate clients in the western region, growing income and satisfaction while bringing in new business. The role combines sales, credit analysis and relationship care.

What you will do

• Sell directly to medium corporate clients, spotting needs and proposing suitable bank solutions
• Grow income and profitability of the assigned portfolio while keeping clients satisfied
• Keep existing relationships strong and bring in new corporate customers
• Carry out credit analysis, prepare documents and present cases to decision makers
• Watch credit portfolio quality and act early on problem cases
• Bring in product specialists when needed to deliver quality banking services

What they look for

• Three to four years of effective sales and negotiation work, including prospecting and proactive selling, or relationship management in corp
• Strong grasp of banking and credit products plus financial analysis
• Solid understanding of credit risk and credit policy
• Advanced selling, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Analytical mindset with openness to change and a focus on development
• Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English for pan-Baltic work
