Senior Resales Consultant (Shared Ownership)

About the role

Sell shared ownership resale homes across England while keeping sellers informed and advising on marketing. The role combines remote work with occasional branch and client meetings.

What you will do

• Handle incoming enquiries and list properties for sale with full documentation
• Share affordability assessment results with buyers and book property viewings
• Attend client meetings virtually or in person and gather viewing feedback
• Make regular calls to the active sales database and generate solicitor referrals
• Agree offers and price reductions while working toward personal and team targets
• Produce monthly reports for housing providers and represent the company professionally

What they look for

• Estate agency experience and a proven sales record
• Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills
• Comfort working with the public by phone and face to face
• Computer literacy and the ability to work independently or in a team
• A full UK driving licence
