Senior Sales Development Representative

About the role

Cold calling focused role generating new opportunities for a sales team by reaching engineering leaders at companies with growing AI workloads. The employer provides lists, tools, scripts and training.

What you will do

• Make 165 to 180 dials per day, spending five to six hours calling
• Hold 25 to 40 live conversations daily with target prospects
• Assess prospect timing and fit based on role, engineering stack and use case
• Activate leads that are ready to evaluate and book intro meetings
• Follow up regularly with contacts who are not ready yet
• Share field feedback with sales and marketing and log call outcomes

What they look for

• Based in the USA, with no sponsorship available
• At least three years of cold calling experience, ideally in B2B sales
• Coachable with strong situational awareness on calls
• Excellent verbal communication by phone
• Organised and consistent in following note taking processes
