About the role

A night shift reliability role maintaining high site availability and customer experience. The work mixes incident response with software development and automation across cloud systems.

What you will do

Provide frontline support and technical solutions for complex cloud infrastructure, databases and networks
Analyze monitoring data and act on patterns, outliers or anomalies
Work with development teams to shorten detection and resolution times
Manage incident bridges with on-call groups and executives during outages
Report incident cases through automation and ticket tracking tools
Develop automation and tooling to reduce manual effort

What they look for

Four or more years in a high-availability enterprise production environment
Four or more years managing and monitoring AWS technologies
Understanding of observability practices and incident management
Software development experience
Availability for night shifts and some holidays
