What you will do

  • Design and ship end-to-end integrations with open-source AI frameworks such as Dynamo, Ray, PyTorch and llm-d
  • Build adapters, plugins, operators and runtime pieces so features work across training and inference
  • Work with framework maintainers to upstream patches and keep integrations maintainable
  • Write reference workflows, sample apps and guides that speed up adoption
  • Tune performance, scale and reliability for multi-node and multi-GPU training and inference
  • Improve metrics, logging, tracing and debugging for Kubernetes deployments

What they look for

  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field, or equal experience
  • Five or more years in a related engineering role
  • Hands-on work with at least one major AI framework or runtime, such as PyTorch, Ray or a model serving stack
  • Understanding of AI workloads: training versus inference, batching, memory, throughput and latency
  • Knowledge of distributed systems ideas like RPC, scheduling, fault tolerance and resource management
  • Practical Kubernetes experience with Helm or Kustomize and cluster debugging

Nice to have

  • Building SDKs, APIs or developer tooling
  • GPU profiling with Nsight or similar, or kernel-level tuning
