What you will do
- Lead design and delivery of authorization frameworks built on industry standards and extended for company needs
- Architect access control systems that decide permitted actions using roles, permissions and attributes
- Build and maintain cloud-native microservices and APIs, setting direction for deployment and operation
- Run security and authorization reviews across services and drive fixes for found issues
- Write secure, testable code and author reusable patterns and guardrails adopted across product teams
- Define observability through metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts, and join on-call support
What they look for
- Eight or more years of hands-on application development including authentication, authorization or access control
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent expertise
- Deep experience building role-based and attribute-based access control for complex cases
- Strong programming in Go, Springboot, Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, managed databases, Key Vault and similar cloud services
