Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability

About the role

A senior engineering role building platform, automation and reliability practices for a B2B data business. The engineer owns service reliability end to end and develops AI-assisted tooling that speeds incident resolution and improves customer support.

What you will do

• Build AI, generative AI and agentic platform capabilities, including developer tooling, workflow automation and operational assistants for m
• Own reliability, scalability and observability for the services you build, covering SLOs, distributed tracing, alerting and incident respons
• Drive automation and AI-powered reliability through self-healing systems that cut manual intervention
• Set and continually refine reliability standards across the organization, including dashboards, automation frameworks and incident managemen
• Pursue tight service levels, lower incident volume and resilience across round-the-clock coverage
• Work with other teams to advance customer support through automation and AI

What they look for

• Strong software engineering skills with experience building and running reliable, scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications
• A solid grasp of reliability principles such as service level indicators and objectives, observability, alerting and incident management
• Hands-on use of AI, generative AI and agentic technologies for reliability engineering, self-healing, incident response and support agents
• Experience creating automation and observability solutions that speed incident resolution and improve reliability
• A record of driving the full development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, code review, deployment automation, production monitoring and
