Senior Manager, Global IT Infrastructure

About the role

Lead several IT infrastructure teams and own the strategy, design and operation of data center, cloud and hybrid environments, reporting to a senior IT director.

What you will do

• Shape and carry out the infrastructure and operations strategy alongside global IT leadership.
• Lead multiple infrastructure functions through their managers, setting structure and performance goals.
• Own multi-year roadmaps that turn business strategy into technology capabilities and investment priorities.
• Oversee availability, capacity, performance and security of systems worldwide.
• Set enterprise KPIs and SLAs and drive service improvements from trend and root-cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and budgets, including cloud cost efficiency.
