What you will do

  • Design and scale distributed AI infrastructure for new and existing customers, on-prem or in the cloud
  • Support account managers as the technical specialist on GPU and networking products to win designs
  • Study deployment data and logs to judge system health and clear customer roadblocks
  • Build demos and example system designs, and train sales teams and channel partners

What they look for

  • A BS, MS or PhD in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, physics or a similar field, or equal experience
  • Eight or more years in high-tech electronics, in system design or technical customer support
  • Hands-on ability to read logs and deployment data and lead a customer to a fix
  • Strong English writing and speaking, and ease working with managers and engineers

Nice to have

  • Experience inside a hyperscaler or cloud service provider, or as their strategic partner
  • Work with ARM CPUs, H100 or GB200 hardware and the related software libraries
  • A record of taking a product from pilot to high-volume data center deployment
  • Familiarity with NCCL, DCGM, UFM, embedded Linux, APIs and similar systems
