Senior Sourcing Manager, Sourcing Initiatives

About the role

Regulatory, risk and compliance work across sourcing and supplier quality, covering trade rules, cybersecurity and sustainability mandates. The function sits in a center of excellence and answers compliance questions from across the business.

At a glance

What you will do

• Act as the main authority on supply chain risk, from quality standards and trade rules to payment, currency and commodity exposure
• Push suppliers to meet corporate and international requirements, including cybersecurity and defense certification rules
• Find and roll out AI tools that automate regulatory monitoring, sharpen risk models and speed up compliance work
• Lead the response to sustainability and transparency mandates such as CBAM, CSRD, DPP, REACH and SCIP
• Manage and develop a team of 5 to 10, shifting priorities as rules and business needs change

What they look for

• A bachelor of science degree plus at least 10 years in sourcing, supplier quality or risk management
• 5 or more years handling complex regulatory processes such as REACH, RoHS, IHM or conflict minerals
• At least 3 years of direct work in supply chain cybersecurity governance

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning and risk-scoring models for supply chain work

Benefits

• Base pay of $125,000 to $208,300 a year, plus a 15% performance bonus or equity
