About the role

A senior seat on the client success team for software used by local government clerks. The role raises the bar on support quality and owns client problems through to a confirmed fix.

What you will do

Own a client issue from first contact to confirmed resolution, with regular updates
Design and maintain the path issues travel from support to developers
Reproduce and document bugs so developers can act without follow up questions
Turn recurring fixes into playbooks and documentation
Step in early on strained accounts and run the recovery

What they look for

Both strong technical troubleshooting and warm, patient client communication
Ability to trace where a problem lives before escalating
Experience writing clear reports developers can act on
Comfort working closely with developers day to day
Willingness to stay on an issue until it ships
