Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales and GTM

About the role

A senior recruiting role covering the full hiring cycle for sales and go to market positions. The person advises hiring managers, attracts passive candidates and shapes a strong candidate experience.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates across a wide range of roles, including passive talent
• Run end to end recruitment from intake through screening, interviews and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and applicant requirements
• Work with human resources, finance and operations teams across functions
• Build candidate channels through social media, job boards and professional networks
• Track weekly candidate activity and report on progress

What they look for

• At least five years of full cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting
• Background recruiting cybersecurity or SaaS sales candidates in high volume, fast moving settings
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings
• Proficient with spreadsheets for filtering, sorting, tables and basic functions
