Social Performance Trader

About the role

Build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns, mainly on Meta platforms, while tracking results and refining performance. You will keep accounts accurate and share insights with the client success team.

What you will do

• Build, launch and manage daily paid social campaigns, primarily in Meta Ads Manager
• Analyse campaign data to spot trends and recommend changes to structure, targeting and budgets
• Carry out ad hoc updates such as budget shifts and creative refreshes
• Run daily account health checks to confirm delivery and budget control
• Report performance observations and optimisation ideas to the client success team
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and resolve issues promptly

What they look for

• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and find improvement opportunities
• Careful attention to detail when handling budgets, updates and daily checks
• Good organisation and the ability to juggle several tasks on time

Nice to have

• Campaign experience on LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest or TikTok
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Exposure to programmatic advertising
