A technical support role that links customer facing staff with the engineering teams behind a software platform, resolving customer issues and handling incidents.
What you will do
- Serve as first line technical support for customer success staff, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
- Reproduce and verify hard problems reported from various sources
- Work with engineers to shape back end components and solutions that meet internal needs
- Coordinate incident response, drawing on engineering and customer facing resources
- Keep incident records with summaries, reviews and lessons learned
- Find and implement ways to make support processes faster and more flexible
What they look for
- At least two years in software, QA, support or a related IT field
- A bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience supporting non technical users and doing root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
- Availability for APAC hours, 3PM to 12AM Pacific Time, with rotating on call and reliable remote internet
