About the role

Help large accounting firms adopt software with less friction, combining pre-sales technical consulting with post-sales onboarding, training and migration oversight.

What you will do

Run operational discovery with sales and map a firm's software ecosystem and workflow hurdles
Deliver solution-led product demonstrations to senior partners, IT directors and department heads
Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for large practices, including plans, risks and milestones
Guide bulk data migration, from extraction templates and validation to reconciliation and sign-off
Design and deliver workshops and webinars that build staff confidence and self-sufficiency

What they look for

Experience in a pre-sales technical or implementation role for software
Ability to manage complex onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders
Confidence presenting to senior audiences and handling technical objections
Knowledge of accounting practice workflows and compliance routines
Willingness to work in the field across England
