What you will do
- Lead deep technical discovery with AI application partners on architecture and orchestration
- Build reference architectures integrating model serving, routing and agent frameworks
- Create hands on proofs of concept moving partners toward specialised agent platforms
- Standardise serving patterns for fast first token and multi turn reasoning
- Help partners adopt sandboxing, policy enforcement and human in the loop controls
- Optimise agentic workloads for latency, throughput, retrieval quality and GPU use
What they look for
- Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, physics or mathematics
- Eight or more years building or supporting production LLM or agentic AI systems
- Strong Python plus practical TypeScript or JavaScript
- Knowledge of orchestration, agent frameworks, RAG platforms or workflow automation
- Familiarity with model serving and inference optimisation
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, containers and GPU workloads across cloud or on prem
