What you will do
- Fix root causes behind denials and slow payments by tracing them to workflows, payer rules or system gaps
- Own EHR, clearinghouse and billing platform relationships and configuration, working with engineering where needed
- Drive front-end revenue integrity including eligibility checks, patient responsibility and estimates
- Identify where automation and AI can replace manual billing, posting, follow-up and reconciliation work
- Partner with finance on close, accruals, reserves and AR allowance, and build compliance discipline
