  • Build and deploy business rules, client scripts, UI pages and actions, scheduled jobs, import sets, ACLs and notifications
  • Create custom applications and integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins and GitLab using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Wire ServiceNow into CI/CD pipelines so change requests are created, approved and closed automatically with full traceability
  • Support upgrades, patches, clones and releases, move changes with update sets and troubleshoot bugs to root cause
