  • Talk with DBAs and executives, explain where the product fits beside Oracle's own tools, and turn live escalations into fixes.
  • Lead cross-database work such as restoring whole applications in order and proving backups actually restore.
  • Use customer input, usage data and support data to argue for what to build and what to defer, then help sales engineers position it.
