What you will do

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of analytics engineers within an inclusive culture
• Develop instrumentation and experimentation practices and share them with product engineering teams
• Prototype AI tools and analysis pipelines iteratively to deliver insights at scale
• Use AI to speed up analysis, prototyping and documentation while verifying correctness
• Build tools and processes that let others self-serve key datasets, insights and metric investigations
• Work with product managers, engineers, designers and researchers to turn insights into action

What they look for

• Ability to handle large, complex, high-dimensional datasets
• Fluency in SQL or similar database languages plus Python or R, including nested data, windowing, query optimisation and partitioning
