Staff Solutions Architect, AI Subject Matter Expert

About the role

A senior technical expert who acts as the deepest authority for one product group on the company's largest and most complex sales opportunities, working with product and engineering teams and coaching other solutions architects.

What you will do

• Serve as technical authority for one product group on prioritised opportunities from discovery through trials and proof of value
• Lead technical deep dives, workshops and executive briefings
• Work with product and engineering to feed customer needs and field insight into roadmap talks
• Build reusable assets, enablement and coaching so other solutions architects gain expertise
• Specialise in one product group covering security and compliance, platform, core delivery or AI and competitive topics

What they look for

• Deep technical expertise in one product group such as application security, self-managed deployments, delivery pipelines or agentic AI workf
• Experience guiding technical decisions on large or complex customer opportunities
• Ability to bring field insight into product roadmap discussions
• Comfort using AI as part of daily work to boost productivity
