Strategic Account Manager, Aerospace

About the role

Own a book of large existing enterprise accounts in the aerospace sector, with full responsibility for retention, renewals and expansion, and weekly forecasting.

What you will do

• Serve as sole owner of up to 40 enterprise accounts, accountable for retention and expansion
• Build account plans covering stakeholders, renewal timing, adoption and risk
• Run renewals proactively and negotiate commercial terms, including multi-year deals
• Find, qualify and close expansion opportunities for added seats, products and use cases
• Forecast weekly by stage and category in Salesforce
• Partner with solution engineers, customer success and channel partners

• Proven record of retaining and growing a book against targets
• Strong negotiation and multi-year deal structuring skills
• Consultative approach engaging IT leaders and business stakeholders
