  • Handle invoicing, collections, failed payments and account suspensions, and manage revenue-share and partner payouts
  • Reconcile revenue and payouts across payment processors, bank transfers, billing tools, partner reports and internal systems
  • Replace manual workflows with SQL, Python, APIs and automation, and build dashboards for ARR, margin, cash and runway
  • Prepare monthly leadership and board reporting, plus analysis for pricing and partner negotiations
