Strategic Project Lead

About the role

Lead complex projects for advanced AI work, from scoping through delivery, translating customer needs into specifications and scalable data workflows while coordinating operational and domain teams.

What you will do

• Turn customer needs into clear, actionable project specifications and execution plans
• Design and launch data pipelines that support AI training and evaluation workflows
• Coordinate operations staff, domain experts and project leads for rapid deployment
• Manage customer communication on progress, milestones, risks and next steps
• Establish clear ownership and quality expectations across project workflows

What they look for

• At least two years leading complex projects, technical programmes or operational workflows
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership, urgency and attention to detail
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or expert contributors

Nice to have

• Startup or entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution

Pay

USD 300,000 to 500,000 per year
