Support Operations Engineer I

About the role

A junior engineering role that improves support by combining reporting, automation, ServiceNow tooling and emerging AI, working alongside experienced engineers.

What you will do

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that reveal support demand and handling trends
• Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, playbooks, forms and service catalog experiences
• Contribute to agentic AI experiments, including prompts, test design and result evaluation
• Identify knowledge gaps, support audits and improve information used by people and automations
• Work with escalations and partner success teams to turn recurring pain points into requirements
