Revenue Cycle Optimization Analyst

About the role

Supports revenue cycle operations through informatics, workflow design and process improvement. The aim is measurable gains in accuracy, compliance, efficiency and financial performance.

What you will do

• Design and refine workflows that improve accuracy, compliance and staff productivity
• Compare current workflows with target states and run root cause analysis on performance gaps
• Act as the central intake point for informatics requests and investigate issues in assigned areas
• Spot and roll out automation and AI opportunities that cut manual work
• Track implementation results, keep documentation current and lead change requests to completion

• Familiarity with Epic best practice and billing compliance requirements
• Skill in data analysis to support automation and AI integration
