Serve as a specialist supporting institutional clients with investment accounting questions and operational requests, acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams.

What you will do
- Handle client questions and requests covering investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets
- Provide accurate and prompt information on financial statements and reporting
- Carry out operational work such as account setup, compliance checks and reconciliation validation
- Work directly with clients to strengthen relationships and improve their experience
- Check investment data against third party market sources and reconcile transactions using internal tools
- Coach and review the work of more junior colleagues and take part in longer term projects

- Familiarity with accounting, compliance, risk and performance reporting offerings
- Working knowledge of fixed income and equity investments
- Prior finance or accounting experience and strong Microsoft Office skills

- Excellent communication, organization, documentation and problem solving abilities
