Sales Development Representative, Legal Tech

About the role

A sales role focused on serving small and mid-sized law firms. The person supports existing clients, grows the sales network and helps legal professionals digitise their workflows.

What you will do

• Advise current customers, answer their questions and spot chances to improve processes and solutions
• Grow the sales network and find cross-selling and upselling openings in existing accounts
• Run customer meetings and presentations, both remotely and in person
• Work with product management to help refine the company's solutions
• Keep the sales pipeline and client relationships updated in the CRM system
• Prepare and track proposals, monitor opportunities and keep reports current

What they look for

• A completed qualification in business administration, commerce or a comparable vocational field
• Two to three years in sales, inside sales, business development or account management
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel within the country for fairs, customer events and workshops
