Support Specialist

About the role

Join a customer support team helping restaurant guests and owners resolve everyday issues. The role focuses on fast, friendly problem solving and clear technical communication.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound phone and email support through a ticketing platform
• Resolve a high daily volume of tickets while meeting quality targets
• Keep restaurant owners and guests informed until their issue is closed
• Route complex problems to senior support and management as needed
• Relay technical problems to the development team and follow up per policy
• Report recurring issues to your manager and suggest longer term fixes

What they look for

• One to two years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with CRM software, with Zendesk preferred
• Strong spoken and written communication, including explaining abstract ideas
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Comfort using macOS, including file management and multitasking

Nice to have

• Three to four years of customer service experience
• Prior work in the hospitality sector
