  • Unify accounting across businesses and legal entities and improve NetSuite and workflows with international teams and advisors.
  • Run the internal control framework, the financial audit and the fixing of audit findings, with tax handled alongside external advisors.
  • Lead AP, AR, billing, collections, payroll, commissions and incentive payments, setting standards for accuracy and service.
  • Build the accounting organisation with clear roles, manager development and cross-training for continuity.
