System Administrator

About the role

Provides round the clock operational support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments, handling incidents, requests, changes and monitoring events from diagnosis to resolution while keeping customers informed.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, patch, upgrade and configure on premises, cloud, virtualization, backup and storage systems
• Own incidents, requests, problems and changes through to resolution or escalation
• Write and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles and technical documentation
• Apply ITIL aligned incident, problem, change and major incident practices
• Take part in root cause analysis and post incident reviews
• Suggest automation and monitoring improvements for recurring issues

What they look for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to troubleshoot structured technical issues across varied environments
• Strong customer communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with ITIL aligned service management practices
• Willingness to keep learning new tools and platforms

Nice to have

• Relevant military experience, technical training or certification
