Team Lead Product Management, Remote & Tensor

About the role

Lead a product management team for remote access and enterprise device management offerings, coaching product managers while owning release definition and delivery from strategy through launch.

What you will do

• Coach and develop product managers through one-to-ones, reviews and career planning
• Own scope, requirements, acceptance criteria and delivery tracking for upcoming releases
• Plan team capacity, make trade-offs visible and keep commitments aligned with resources
• Set standards for requirement documents, delivery cadence, product reviews and build readiness
• Contribute hands-on to concept work, requirements, UX and architecture discussions on identity, permissions and integrations
• Partner with strategy, engineering, UX, marketing, sales and support to turn strategy into plans and resolve friction

What they look for

• Solid product management background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, including managing and developing product managers
• Proven record of delivering complex initiatives predictably and at high quality with clear tracking and escalation
• Hands-on skill in discovery, requirement documents, backlog management, UX collaboration and outcome-based development
• Technical credibility with engineering and security teams on APIs, integrations, identity and access, permissions, auditability, scalability
