Own the company's content from start to finish and create the automated system that produces it at scale. The role sits in the growth team and reports to a co-founder.
What you will do
- Take charge of the website along with technical articles, webinars and product videos
- Build a machine-driven pipeline that turns internal expertise into published content
- Craft and grow your own content and audience as proof the system works
- Review drafts for quality, discard lifeless ones and fix what the pipeline got wrong
- Make the engine write in distinct voices that match each real person
What they look for
- Strong writing ability and a sharp eye for what makes writing good
- Hands-on experience with multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs and evals
- At least three years in technical content, growth, marketing or GTM engineering, DevRel, ops or founding roles
- Enough coding skill in Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks and databases to work without waiting on engineers
