Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist)

About the role

A remote role managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns for a varied client base. The specialist also handles pixel tracking, reporting and direct client communication.

What you will do

• Build and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across more than 25 ad accounts
• Write ad copy, choose imagery and create effective ad creatives
• Analyze performance data and present campaign reports and recommendations to clients
• Set up Meta Pixels through Google Tag Manager and resolve tracking or data issues
• Define custom conversions and build custom audiences from pixel data
• Coordinate with internal marketing, development and creative teams

What they look for

• Three to four years managing Facebook advertising campaigns
• Strong command of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Experience handling Meta ads for several clients at once
• Skilled in tracking setups, web traffic analysis and audience engagement metrics
• Solid project management with close attention to detail
• Clear communication skills for client-facing work

Nice to have

• Familiarity with other channels such as Google Ads
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Experience with Asana, Canva and copywriting or editing
