Social Media Specialist

About the role

A freelance role managing an organization's presence across major social platforms, growing audience engagement and sharing stories from clinics and the community.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day activity and community interactions on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Create audience-focused content reflecting the brand, expertise, culture and communities
• Reply to comments and messages, looping in internal teams when clarification is needed
• Grow audiences and engagement and build ties with local influencers and community partners
• Spot chances to amplify clinic, community, education, employee and patient stories
• Track, analyze and report on social performance

What they look for

• Proven experience managing social platforms for a brand or organization
• Strong grasp of current trends and best practices
• Availability of 20 to 30 hours per week
• Excellent written and verbal communication and creative content ideas
• Experience with social management tools and analytics
• Willingness to visit clinic sites to capture photos and video

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field

Pay

USD 3,500 to 4,000 per month
