A hands-on role blending technical support, automation and quality assurance for a real estate business. The engineer resolves system issues, traces root causes, builds automations and keeps data and workflows dependable.
What you will do
- Resolve technical problems raised by non-technical teams
- Investigate data mismatches, failed integrations, broken automations and sync errors
- Create and maintain automations in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
- Troubleshoot CRMs, APIs, webhooks, integrations, logs and databases
- Build and maintain automated QA and testing workflows
- Query SQL and MongoDB to fix data issues and build simple dashboards and reports
What they look for
- Three or more years in technical support, technical operations, automation engineering or QA automation
- Experience supporting non-technical users or business teams
- Hands-on work building automations and integrations across systems
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, workflows and system integrations
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
- Ability to own issues from investigation to resolution with strong root cause analysis
Nice to have
- CRM integration and workflow experience
- Familiarity with payment systems or customer support platforms
- Knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
- Experience with Git and GitHub plus basic CI/CD
