Technical Solutions Consultant

About the role

You will guide hospitals and regional health networks through the technical rollout of cloud-based digital tools, from early sales conversations to lasting use. The role blends technical know-how with relationship building to speed up approvals and adoption.

What you will do

• Work with capital sales teams and digital sales reps to build lasting ties with hospital IT and digital leaders
• Guide customers through technical reviews, data and AI governance, and networking discussions
• Give technical presentations covering product overviews, data flows, and network diagrams
• Set up repeatable implementation processes for enterprise and local hospital deployments
• Prepare field service and partner teams for first-time success with accurate records and validated setups
• Gather field feedback and pass it to leadership to shape the product roadmap

What they look for

• Six or more years in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or healthcare digital work
• Experience in account management or close work with capital sales
• Strong written and spoken communication with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree
