About the role

A customer facing role combining technical depth, advocacy and commercial awareness. You help security and IT teams adopt a cybersecurity platform and gain lasting value from it.

What you will do

Create practical technical success plans that drive adoption, lower risk and show measurable value
Spot high value use cases that embed the platform in daily security operations
Use usage and health data to detect adoption gaps, underuse and retention risks early
Lead mitigation of technical blockers, integration issues and customer health risks
Feed technical health insights into renewals, quarterly reviews and account strategy

What they look for

Fluent in French and English
Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS or infrastructure
Able to drive adoption, retention and technical value realisation
Able to explain complex technical concepts as clear practical guidance
