About the role

A support engineer who helps customers through email and live chat, triages tickets, troubleshoots technical issues and works with product and success teams to improve the customer experience.

What you will do

Triage a varied queue of support tickets and resolve customer issues
Help new and existing customers set up and use the product
Diagnose complex situations and escalate or advocate for product fixes
Contribute to process improvement and meet regularly with product and customer success teams
Take part in rotating weekend support coverage

What they look for

Based in Canada with working hours matching Central or Mountain time
Experience in technical support or a customer-facing role
Comfort providing support over live channels
Grasp of basic programming concepts such as APIs, variables, conditionals and loops
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced team

Nice to have

Some JavaScript knowledge
Experience in marketing automation or supporting email and business communication tools
