  • Run weekly one-on-one and group supervision for associate-level clinicians, meeting state board rules
  • Keep caseloads in check and make sure staff follow each patient's treatment plan
  • Work with the medical director, peer supervisor and operations lead on clinical and operational goals
  • Keep supervision contracts, records and reports current per board standards
  • See patients for individual and group therapy, in person and by telehealth
