Counselor Resident / Social Work Fellow

About the role

Provide telehealth therapy to children, adolescents and families while completing supervised clinical hours toward independent licensure, with structured training and team collaboration.

What you will do

• Deliver individual, family and group therapy to young people and families via telehealth
• Complete intake, risk and safety assessments plus treatment plans under supervision
• Finish accurate clinical documentation within a day of each session
• Attend individual and group supervision and track clinical hours
• Complete the residency curriculum, including training and licensure exam preparation
• Work with clinical leadership, care coordination and administrative teams

• Early career clinician pursuing independent licensure
• Able to commit to at least 15 client contact hours weekly part time or 25 full time
• Committed to trauma informed, high quality care
• Willing to follow HIPAA and regulatory requirements
