Director, Behavioral Health

About the role

Lead clinical and administrative oversight of therapy teams across several states, shaping scalable protocols and supporting clinicians in a fully remote leadership role.

What you will do

• Manage regional clinical managers and a multi-state network of contracted and employed psychotherapists
• Provide individual coaching, group supervision and clinical mentoring to therapy staff
• Build scalable clinical protocols and optimize provider caseloads across active markets
• Partner with operations, recruiting, IT and quality teams on hiring, onboarding and retention
• Use outcome measures and productivity data to improve clinician support and patient access

What they look for

• At least five years of progressive clinical leadership at manager, associate director or director level in behavioral health
• Direct experience supervising and developing clinical site managers and supervisors
• Commitment to multidisciplinary, evidence-based pediatric and adolescent care
• Strong grasp of state behavioral health regulations, clinical protocols and quality improvement
• Active Pennsylvania LCSW with ability to provide clinical supervision
