Provides remote therapy to clients, looking beyond symptoms to the personal, emotional and social factors shaping their mental health. Manages cases and connects clients with further services when needed.
What you will do
- Hold scheduled individual therapy sessions with clients
- Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and gather relevant background information
- Identify social, emotional and environmental factors in each case
- Decide when referrals or outside services would help
- Keep organized and confidential client records
What they look for
- Active Delaware LCSW license
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
- Comfort providing services through telehealth
- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Previous clinical therapy experience
