About the role

A full time therapy role serving clients throughout Massachusetts by video. The clinician carries a steady caseload, runs assessments and ongoing treatment, and keeps case records in order.

What you will do

Run intake sessions and scheduled therapy visits over video
Go over client history, present concerns and diagnostic details
Set treatment goals together with clients and review them over time
Keep accurate, complete notes in the electronic medical record
Record diagnoses, session content and notable clinical shifts
Take part in case consultation, required training and risk procedures

What they look for

An active Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program
Solid skills in clinical documentation
Some experience delivering therapy is preferred
