A part-time remote role talking with homeowners, scoping jobs and booking technicians, with a path to full-time work next year.

Take incoming calls, ask questions and identify what the customer actually needs
Use trade knowledge to scope jobs, explain flat-rate pricing, handle price and availability questions, take card details and schedule a tech
Make outbound follow-up calls, answer texts and keep the CRM accurate
Help maintain and update service procedures
Cover weekday shifts for the full-time advisor during vacations and sick leave

Hands-on trade background, or selling or estimating experience in trades such as handyman, renovation, carpentry or painting
Solid general construction knowledge, able to discuss drywall, siding, trim and caulking with homeowners
Phone sales or customer service experience with a record of securing bookings and handling objections
Clear, confident communication with fluent English
Comfort with Google Workspace, CRM software and online payment tools
Availability on Saturdays and Sundays plus one weekday, 8:30am to 5pm, with flexibility for extra shifts

Fully remote work with a headset provided and a monthly stipend toward internet and laptop use
Regular daytime part-time hours of about three days a week
Steady weekly hours plus extra paid shifts when covering for the full-time advisor
Full training alongside the full-time advisor plus ongoing sales coaching
