Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

About the role

A full-time remote counseling role offering virtual therapy to adults across Kansas, helping clients understand their experiences, build coping skills and address concerns affecting mood, relationships and daily life.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients located throughout Kansas
• Assess client concerns and set appropriate treatment goals
• Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral and mental health difficulties
• Help clients develop coping skills, manage stress and reduce symptoms
• Keep timely records of session notes, care plans, risk concerns and progress
• Refer clients to other care when telehealth is not the right level of support

What they look for

• Active LCPC license in Kansas
• Comfort with video platforms and electronic health record systems
• Strong documentation skills and sound clinical judgment
• Private workspace and dependable internet for remote sessions
