Washington Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC)

Deliver remote therapy to people facing substance use disorders during pregnancy, working within a collaborative care team in Washington State.

Provide individual, family and group therapy using approaches such as motivational interviewing, CBT, relapse prevention and harm reduction
Run validated assessments at monthly reviews and adjust treatment intensity to match each member's readiness
Lead the clinical strategy alongside a peer specialist, coordinating recovery coaching and social needs support
Handle acute escalations with real-time risk reduction, overdose prevention planning and rapid triage
Keep timely clinical documentation in DAP format and maintain registry data
Coordinate with medication-assisted treatment providers, medical teams and community organizations on care plans

Active independent clinical license in Washington State as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT
Comfort delivering therapy both virtually and in person
Experience with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment
